4. All participants must complete a safety briefing before starting any activity.

5. Xtreme Jetski Watersports is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the activity. Participants assume all risks and are required to sign a liability waiver before participating.

6. Cancellations and refunds: Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

7. Weather conditions: Xtreme Jetski Watersports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to weather conditions or safety concerns.

8. Participants must follow all instructions and safety guidelines given by Xtreme Jetski Watersports staff.

9. Participants may not bring any outside equipment or gear unless approved by Xtreme Jetski Watersports staff.

10. Participants are responsible for any damages caused to the equipment during the activity.

11. Participants must not engage in any reckless or dangerous behavior during the activity.

12. Xtreme Jetski Watersports reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
